As I was driving this past weekend on a mini vacation, I passed a billboard advertising a jeweler that had a woman kissing a man and across the billboard a huge banner read” Monogamy.” When I first saw it I was wondering why they would use that word for a jewelry company. It sort of hit me in the face and for some reason I was surprised that they used that word instead of some kind of Valentine related word. Usually jewelers don’t use words that have that type of impact on people but this one really made me think. The following is a link explaining their campaign and the meaning behind “monogamy.”
